Evgeny Primakov<\/strong>, ex-minister of Foreign Affairs and ex-prime Minister of Russia, for international political management.<\/p>\n Viktor Kaslin<\/strong>, president of the Russian Classical Music Friends League, for its charitable activity in the fields of culture and science.<\/p>\n Vladimir Zeldin<\/strong>, actor, for his internacional cultural activity.<\/p>\n Joan Manuel Sevillano Campalans<\/strong>, Managing Director of the Dal\u00ed Foundation, in the category of international culture management.<\/p>\n The cerimony took place in the Spanish Embassy in Moscow, with the assistance of Russian diplomats, political and cultural personalities. The award is a replica of the Quixote famous sculpture by J-L.
