The sculpture formed part of a set prop made by <em>Compagnie d\u2019Aquitaine<\/em> from a sketch by Salvador Dal\u00ed, on the occasion of the retrospective exhibition on the artist held at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris in 1979-80. It had been stored since then in the municipal warehouses in Bordeaux, until the art centre donated it to the Gala-Salvador Dal\u00ed Foundation. The public will be able to see it once restoration work has been completed.<\/p>\n<p>Transports Padrosa\u2019s collaboration with the centenary will be taking tangible form by use of its fleet of international lorries for advertising Dal\u00ed year, as well as in the provision of materials and equipment transport services related with organisation of the centenary commemoration events.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The company transported a 38-metre long, Dal\u00ed-inspired sculpture from Bordeaux.
